What's the difference between POP3 and IMAP?

These two email protocols can both be used to receive messages from a server. The main difference is that with POP3, mail is downloaded to your computer and erased from the server. IMAP on the other hand is more flexible and allows you to store messages on the server even after you've read them.

How is mail routed on your servers?

  1. Incoming email from the internet goes to the primary MX server, Mailfilter
  2. If the primary server is down, email travels to the secondary MX server, Backupmail
  3. Mailfilter drops viruses and tags unwanted spam before passing the cleaned email to email.dynamic.net

How do I manually add user accounts?

Use your full administration email address (e.g. admin@domain.com) and password to login here:

Once logged in you will be able to manage users, groups, and aliases.

How do I access my mail when I am on the road?

If you are on the road and do not have access to Outlook, use the following Web-based email client - Webmail URL: https://email.dynamic.net

Use your full email address and password to login.

How do I configure Outlook Express?

  2. Open Outlook Express.
  3. On the Toolbar go to 'Tools->Accounts', then select the 'Mail' tab.

What is the general email client configuration for Enterprise E-Mail?

Why can't I send/receive email?

I forgot my user account login; can you retrieve that for me?

What we can do is update your password, but we need written verification (FAX or email) from your site administrator indicating the new password. If you are your website's administrator and you need your password we can send that to the email address we have on file for you.
